    If you contact Blissful Creations directly on Etsy they can create a 7″ version but all versions must have at least 1″ of solid material in the head of the sleeve. In other words, they can’t make a sleeve that fits perfectly without adding a 1″ extension. Again, just shoot them an email, they are really responsive.
